Call for Posters

The Poster Session at Multilog 2025 will be an excellent opportunity for students and young researchers to showcase and discuss their ongoing or completed research with experts in the field of transport, logistics, and simulation. PhD, Master, and Bachelor students are encouraged to submit a 1-page abstract summarizing their work and to print and bring their posters to the conference.
During the poster sessions, novel approaches, methodologies, and case studies will be presented and discussed, fostering interaction and exchange among participants.
Each accepted poster will also be part of a 3-minute pitch session, where authors will have the opportunity to present their work in front of the Multilog audience.
Furthermore, the best posters will receive a special prize based on the quality, design, and impact of the topic presented.
La Sesión de Pósters en Multilog 2025 será una excelente oportunidad para que estudiantes y jóvenes investigadores presenten y discutan sus trabajos de investigación en curso o finalizados con expertos en las áreas de transporte, logística y simulación. Se invita a estudiantes de Doctorado, Maestría y Licenciatura a enviar un resumen de una página que describa su trabajo y a imprimir y traer su póster al congreso.
Durante las sesiones de pósters se presentarán y discutirán nuevos enfoques, metodologías y casos de estudio, fomentando la interacción y el intercambio entre los participantes.
Cada póster aceptado formará parte de una presentación de 3 minutos, donde los autores podrán exponer su trabajo frente a la audiencia de Multilog.
Además, los mejores pósters recibirán un premio especial, basado en la calidad, el diseño y el impacto del tema presentado.
Important Dates
Noviembre 28, 2025: electronically submit a 1-page abstract in the Poster Session Track: LINK
December 6, 2025: Notification of acceptance to authors (including details about submitting slides, and formats of the posters)
Poster Submission Instructions
Once you click the submission link and access the EasyChair platform, please select “Make a new submission.”
After filling in the authors’ names and affiliations, complete the Title, Abstract, and Keywords fields.
Please note that the Title must begin with “POSTER:”, followed by the title of your work (for example: Poster: The Development of a Manufacturing System using System Dynamics).
In the File Upload section, please upload the PDF of your poster, following the dimensions and format specifications described on the conference website.
The file may be uploaded together with the abstract or afterwards, as long as all submission deadlines are respected.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
Please bring a standard A0 size poster (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 mm) or smaller. The poster orientation should be done vertically/portrait. Your poster should cover the main points of your work and be as self-explanatory as possible.
